In the past 14 years Susan visited literally hundreds of law firms, home offices, public law offices, law schools, throughout all of Arizona assessing and making recommendations on improving office procedures, as well as training lawyers and their staff on practice management software, trust account record keeping and setting up IOLTA accounts in QuickBooks.
In addition to her 12 years experience with the State Bar of Arizona and 20+ years office management experience, Susan worked for six years in sole practitioner law firms practicing in the areas of legal malpractice, personal injury and family law. She has extensive experience in computer technology administration, time and billing, accounts receivable and collections, database management, and legal-specific practice management software for the small and solo firms.
As a volunteer mediator with the Maricopa County Superior Court's Alternative Dispute Resolution Office, Susan previously mediated small claims disputes for three years.
